Since we've moved in the staff has been very friendly and courteous and very helpful. Work orders are answered in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and very happy to help. The management have been very hands on when it comes to any complaints and communication.

Update 12/19/24, with new management things seem to be getting better. No more dogs attacking our dog or us anymore hopefully! It seems more quite now. New neighbors are nice 👌! Hope things only go up from here. Update 3/21/24. Since Jan things have been ok. The music issue is better but what it took to get it resolved was so uncalled for and so exhausting! Neighbors here are not so respectful of their neighbors. The kids play in other people's drive way next to other peoples car and hit them and run into the garage door! But don't ask them not to cause you'll get a F#^k you from the parents! And for the amount of money they ask for these townhomes is so not worth the price. It needs to come down a bit let's be real, not goin to list the issue cause there's not enough space or time to type or read it. Lower the price and move in people who are decent, respectful, responsible and courteous! Or atleast be more forcefully when it comes to inforcing the rules of the lease. You seem to have to no problem inforcing that payment rule! Update! Found out that even though Rosie was in my building and told me and my husband to our face she could the music thru the wall, she then tells the unruly neighbor that she didn't hear anythin,now she is lying. Shows what kind of person and manager she is! Don't rent from here. They won't uphold the lease unless it's in their favor. Now my neighbors said they are gonna lie and call and complain about my dog barking all not! She's a siberian husky they don't bark. Funny how a dog that doesn't bark bothers you now after the issues you caused us. Been here 8 months and already we are looking into moving. Neighbors next door have no respect for others. We shouldn't have to listen to whatever they are watching or listening to I'm my own place. All day every day. Have asked several times to keep it down with no success. Called the cops called the office. Rosie showed up today and came inside and hears the noise herself. The constant boom boom boom thru the wall with the sound of music and movies gets really old and annoying. Like Psychological warfare . It will start to have an affect on you especially when you have a disability like Epilepsy can really mess with you. Thought by moving to a more pricy neighborhood that people would be more responsible about how they live. If you don't want you neighbors inside your home don't move here if you want peace and quite. Also the dog park always has poop in because people want the pet but are unable to clean up after them. We even bought a trash can for them to use and we throw it out every night before trash truck shows. But no can't even pick up after their own pet.
